We take pride in providing high-quality kids’ apparel for our wholesale customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
Since we deal in wholesale quantities, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

• You received the wrong items.

• The products are defective or damaged upon delivery.

• The items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If your situation meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.

• Items sold under discounts or clearance offers.

• Customized or special-order products.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at business@perceptaclothing.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

2. Include clear photos of the product showing the problem (if applicable).

3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or provided as store credit.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product or size, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as per our policy.
